Shipping
We offer free express shipping worldwide.
All items are inspected and carefully hand-packed before dispatching. As with standard courier practice, you should check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can't be held responsible for any damage or missing items that may have occurred in transit.
The delivery time on all items is an estimate based on information provided by our courier partners and we will not be held accountable for late or missing shipments. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped so that you can estimate when your items will arrive.
International Shipping Duties and Taxes
Orders shipping to destinations outside the United Arab Emirates might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.
Refund Policy
If refund request was approved, refunds will be done through cash (if possible) or via bank transfer (bank charges applicable if any)
Returns
We offer free returns. You can return or exchange any item* within 7 days from receipt of delivery.
If you wish to return a product, you will need to:
Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return through the on the home page or via email on 'emailme@shewakdesigns.com' and explain your concern; if it is an exchange then kindly specify the color/size preferred. Kindly note* the shipping for an exchanged item will be charged to the customer.
We will arrange to ship the product back.
Once a return has been received and accepted, we will arrange for a refund back to the original payment method (this may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement), or issue you with a credit note for our website.
Items returned must be in their original condition with original tags kept on as delivered.
Products not eligible for a return or exchange include:

Personalised items that are specially made or ordered for customers, e.g. Made to Order Range, items with a name on it;

Products that are made up in your own choice of fabric or material, or specially commissioned for the Buyer.
If a product is faulty, you will be required to take photo proof of the faulty product and the packaging it arrived in, within two days of receipt of delivery and send the photo directly via email on 'emailme@shewakdesigns.com'. For all faulty items you will be offered a replacement or repair, or a full refund.
Any refunds will be credited back to you using your original payment method, e.g. online credit card. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear back on your statement.
